Job summary

Princeton Management Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our apartment complex outdoor areas, landscapes, and grounds.

Responsibilities include trimming hedges, planting flowers, and operating groundskeeping equipment to keep the property attractive. Candidate should be able to work outdoors in various weather, perform physically demanding tasks, and communicate effectively with residents and the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care and seasonal maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically demanding tasks with attention to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance like trimming hedges and watering plants to keep the landscape appealing.
• Keep outdoor spaces free from debris and safety hazards.
• Inspect outdoor areas and address maintenance needs (fences, walkways).
• Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance beauty.
• Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
