Job summary

Preferred Apartment Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain and beautify the community grounds, including pools and exterior spaces. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for inspections each day.

The role involves outdoor work, operation of tools, and collaboration with the maintenance team to keep the property in top condition. Valid driver's license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and beautify community grounds daily to a clean, attractive standard.
• Inspect and keep common areas and public spaces inspection-ready.
• Test pool chemical levels and record readings daily.
• empty trash, maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas and entrances.
• Assist maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of the property.
