Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and show willingness to learn.
• Must have good communication abilities.
• No formal training required, just a willingness to work/learn.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property to remove litter and debris.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments.
• Notify manager of diseased or dead landscape plants.
• Be aware of chemical or fertilizing postings and signs.
• Transfer trash to dumpsters and keep areas clean.
