Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper for Winslow to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community. You will walk the property daily, pick up trash, and keep parking lots, entrances, and amenities neat and inviting for residents and guests.

You will also assist the maintenance team with tasks, report hazards, and help with weather-related cleanup. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and remove trash, debris, and pet waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, breezeways, common areas, and entrances.
• Empty community trash cans and pet waste stations as needed.
• Report damaged property, lighting issues, leaks, and hazards to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with weather-related property needs and moving tasks as required.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents, vendors, and team members.
