Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities teammate to ensure the physical upkeep of communities in Georgetown, TX. You will keep grounds and amenities clean, assist the service team with turnover, and help maintain safety standards.

You will perform duties from inspecting grounds to handling minor service requests, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required for golf-cart operation and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs alone / 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash and prepare vacant apartments for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates operate safely.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions and complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and safety policies.
