Job summary

Smith Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a full-time Mowing Foreman to service residential and commercial properties in Ohio. The role leads mowing crews, manages equipment, and ensures safety and high-quality results.

You will coordinate with clients and division managers to meet service expectations and schedules, and you’ll help grow the company’s trusted local reputation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of field experience or relevant education, a clean driving record, and be able to pass

Qualifications

Team oriented and collaborative work style.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of turf grasses, mowing practices, and equipment.
Ability to identify weeds, insect, and disease problems.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the field or related education.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, efficient, and positive working environment for all team members.
Oversee mowing practices, supervise team members and equipment.
Understand client wants, schedule of services, and communicate effectively with clients.
Exceed clients’ expectations with quality workmanship and professionalism.
Maintain time management and meet service goals with the team.

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to teams and clients.
