Smith Landscaping Inc. is seeking a full-time Mowing Technician to service residential and commercial properties. You will join a family-owned team with 45+ years in business, focused on results and relationships. A clean driving record and drug test may be required.

The role reports to the Mowing Foreman and offers opportunities to lead crews and develop turf maintenance skills across design, development, and landscape upkeep.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and outdoors work readiness.
• Knowledge of turf grasses and mowing practices.
• Ability to identify weeds, insects and diseases.
• 1–2 years field experience or relevant education.
• Interest in ongoing education and future advancement.
• Willingness to pursue certifications.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain turf on residential and commercial properties.
• Identify weeds, insects, and disease problems and report as needed.
• Lead or assist mowing crew; operate and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with clients and plan monthly service routes.
