Job summary

Smith Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Grounds Management Foreman in Ohio to lead outdoor maintenance for residential and commercial properties. The role includes supervising turf care, plantings, irrigation, and lighting while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will guide a field team, manage equipment, and coordinate with clients on monthly service schedules. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including pruning and cultural care.
• Experience with irrigation and low voltage lighting systems.
• Minimum of 3 years in the field or applicable education; industry certifications preferred.
