Smith Landscaping Inc. is seeking a full-time Mowing Technician to service residential and commercial properties. You will join a family-owned team with 45+ years in business, focused on results and relationships. A clean driving record and drug test may be required.

The role reports to the Mowing Foreman and offers opportunities to lead crews and develop turf maintenance skills across design, development, and landscape upkeep.

Qualifikationen

• Identify weeds, insects, and disease problems and report as needed.
• Lead or assist mowing crew; operate and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with clients and plan monthly service routes.

Qualifications:

• Team oriented
• Leadership ability
• Knowledge of turf grasses, proper mowing practices, equipment
• Able to identify weeds, insects, and disease problems
• Minimum of 1-2 years of field experience or applicable education
• Interest in future advancement
• Interest in continual education and certifications
