NE Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for The BLVD Apartments in San Angelo, TX. This full-time hourly role focuses on maintaining curb appeal across a multi-family portfolio and collaborating with an on-site service team.

Responsibilities include landscaping, site maintenance, minor repairs, and safety compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with PTO and a 401(k) plan offered as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of on-site multi-family property experience preferred.
• Able to operate hand tools and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize property curb appeal by cleaning walkways and grounds.
• Maintain recreation and pool hubs: decks, tile, and pool areas.
• Detail landscape beds and keep sidewalks clear of debris.
• Enforce dumpster area standards daily.
• Execute vacancy trash-outs and prepare units for makeready.
• Support routine service requests and perform minor repairs.
• Assist with painting and physical projects as directed.
• Uphold safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Distribute community notices and resident communications.
