YETI is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder for our Newbury St store in Boston, MA. You will provide leadership support and direction to the store team and help execute company strategies while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will coach and motivate a team of brand enthusiasts, manage daily operations, merchandising, and community events, and ensure a customer-first experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
