YETI is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder for our Newbury St. store in Boston, MA. You will lead the store team, coach a group of brand enthusiasts, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

As a key member of the store leadership, you will implement company strategies, drive sales, and manage inventory and events to deepen community ties with the YETI brand.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in fast-paced retail.
• Experience using new technology to improve profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shift.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Drives store sales and profitability while prioritizing customer experience.
• Supports Store Manager with daily operations and team communication.
• Manages inventory receiving and replenishment processes.
• Executes product launches and merchandising aligned with brand.
• Owns division including inventory, visual merchandising, and events.
• Coaches and develops team to improve sales performance.
• Assesses performance and provides feedback to leadership.
• Fosters team morale and clear stakeholder communication.
• Represents YETI values and engages with the local community.
