Job summary

YETI is seeking a Part-Time Team Keyholder for our Newbury Street store in Boston, MA. You will provide leadership support and direction to the store team and help execute company strategies while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires flexibility, weekend/evening availability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-first mindset. You will drive sales, merchandising, and team development in a fast-paced, outdoor-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability by delivering great customer experiences.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations and team communication.
• Manage inventory receiving and replenishment processes.
• Execute product launches and merchandising in line with brand strategy.
• Foster coaching and development of team members to accelerate sales.
• Maintain strong team morale and clear communication with stakeholders.
