Job summary

YETI is hiring a Full-Time Team Keyholder for our flagship store on South Congress in Austin, TX. You will lead the store team, coach staff, and help execute company strategies while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role supports sales goals, merchandising, and store operations in a fast-paced environment. Availability on weekends/evenings/holidays and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move product up to 50 pounds; stand for long shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and profitability by executing effective operations and prioritizing the customer experience.
• Supports Store Manager with delivering on sales goals, daily operations, and team communication.
• Manages inventory receiving and replenishment processes.
• Executes product launches, floor sets, and merchandising aligned with brand strategy.
• Oversees division of responsibilities including inventory, merchandising, and community events.
