Bass Pro Shops in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory, pricing and customer service. You will implement directives, staff the department, and coach the team to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance coaching, resolving issues with management, and maintaining pricing and display accuracy. Strong communication and product knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales with supervisory exposure.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily department activities and staff.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain planograms.
• Help staff schedule, train, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store experience.
