Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is required or preferred, with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to read reports and analyze data related to sales and inventory.
• Strong customer service and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily department operations and staff in the Fishing department.
• Assist GSM/DM with staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain merchandising directives and planograms; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate special events and product demos to drive sales.
