Job summary

FAAC Technologies seeks a Field Service Parking Technician to perform on-site installation, service and maintenance in the Ft. Myers area. You will support multiple products and collaborate with project managers and technicians, working outdoors and handling equipment setup and testing.

Ideal candidates have electronics and mechanical skills, PC know-how, and can travel out of state. On-call duties nights and weekends are included. Company vehicle and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
• Proficiency with proprietary software and hardware communications.
• Able to lift >50 lbs and use hand/power tools.
• Clean driving record and OSHA courses.
• SQL Server database maintenance and Windows OS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Outdoor work environment and field-based duties.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software in Ft. Myers area.
• Provide support for multiple products.
• Travel in- and out-of-state as required.
• On-call rotation during nights and weekends.
• Assist in installation with project managers and technicians.
• Work with various operating systems and network configurations.
