Job summary

FAAC Technologies is seeking a Technician to join our HUB Parking Technology team in the Minneapolis area. You will perform on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software, work outdoors, and handle installation duties under a Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has electronics and mechanical knowledge, PC skills, and experience with Windows/MS systems, SQL Server, and networking.

Qualifications

• Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
• Experience with hardware deployment and basic networking.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware/software in Minneapolis.
• Provide support for multiple products.
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanical devices and PC skills.
• Work with various operating systems and have networking knowledge.
• Software and hardware support for clients and field technicians.
• Assist in installation activities including wiring, communications, and testing under a Project Manager.
