Job summary

FAAC Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service and maintenance of parking and access control hardware/software in the Minneapolis area. The role involves outdoor work, on-call duties, and installation support for our state-of-the-art systems.

You will provide support for multiple products, require electronics and mechanical knowledge, and need PC/networking skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
• Ability to work on proprietary software and hardware communications.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft operating systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware/software installations.
• Provide support for multiple products.
• Assist in installation of Parking and Revenue Control and Access Control equipment under PM direction.
• Work with various operating systems and networking.
