Job summary

FAAC Technologies is seeking a Technician to join our HUB Parking Technology team in the Minneapolis area. You will support on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software while working outdoors and occasionally on-call.

You should have electronics knowledge, the ability to work with various operating systems, and strong communication skills to assist clients and teammates. Occasional installation tasks and collaboration with project managers may be required.

Qualifications

• Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
• Ability to work on proprietary software and hardware communications.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read technical documentation.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Operating Systems knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software in the Minneapolis area.
• Provide support for multiple products and coordinate with field technicians.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot equipment under direction of a Project Manager.
• Assist in the installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems and Access Control equipment.
