Job summary

Senske Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Texas to meet homeowners and businesses, assess needs, and present Senske services. You will generate leads, provide accurate estimates from measurements, and promote our programs while expanding, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with negotiation and closing skills.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person to assess property needs and present service options.
• Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and community outreach.
• Provide accurate estimates using property measurements.
• Promote and sell Senske programs, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, and help retain accounts.
• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline in our CRM system.
