Astound seeks a dynamic outside sales representative to cover the Dallas, TX metropolitan area. You will engage residents in person, present service solutions, and close sign-ups in a door-to-door, field-based role. A $34,000 base salary accompanies uncapped commissions, offering earnings potential to six figures with performance.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Pursue leads daily and expand the customer base.

• Maintain knowledge of properties and portfolio specifics.
• Uphold Astound brand and coordinate marketing efforts in the field.
