Senske is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Euless, TX to grow homeowners and business accounts with our industry-leading outdoor services. You will meet clients in person, assess needs, present options, and drive revenue through field visits and community outreach.

The role emphasizes relationship building, account retention, and CRM-pipeline management in a fast-growing environment offering base salary plus commissions and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is preferred (lawn care, horticulture, pest control a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person to assess needs and present options.
• Generate and follow up on leads through field visits and outreach.
• Promote Senske programs, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships, maintain satisfaction, and retain accounts.
• Keep notes and manage your pipeline in the CRM.
