Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to join our Southeast-based team. This role puts you on the move, inspecting customer needs, delivering quotes, and growing a network of business and home accounts.

No exterminating experience required, but we provide training. You’ll operate a company vehicle, enjoy a strong benefits package, and contribute to protecting communities while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• B2B & Field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for pest control services.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend training sessions and stay current with industry trends.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow safety protocols.
