Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks an Outside Operations Manager for Reliant Park in Houston, TX. You will supervise parking operations, traffic flow, and event services, coordinating staff, subcontractors, and vendors to meet client requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years in supervision within public assembly settings, with strong organizational and communication skills; a willingness to work long hours during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Four years of related experience in the public assembly industry in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of traffic operations and event coordination.
• Assist management with staffing and supervising parking personnel.
• Implement safety plans, risk management policies, and compliance with park standards.
• Negotiate service agreements for parking services and maintenance.
• Review contracts for compliance with government specs and park requirements.
• Maintain client and vendor communications and oversee equipment.
