Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment across indoor and outdoor resort areas.

The role focuses on hospitality through exterior cleaning, trash removal, and equipment upkeep, with duties performed outdoors from 5:30am to 2pm. Candidates should have strong English reading skills, excellent customer service, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain constant, consistent cleanliness by performing housekeeping inside and outside the resort.
• Pressure wash exterior building, sidewalks, and pool area.
• Maintain resort exterior by cleaning windows, leaf blowing, cleaning BBQ grills, and pool furniture.
• Remove trash and maintain exterior appearance by picking up debris, emptying containers, and transporting materials to disposal and recycling areas.
• Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Maintain positive guest, owner, and associate relationships by responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
