Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Arlington, TX is hiring a full-time Operations crew member to build and maintain our billboard inventory. The role involves erecting and dismantling structures, vegetation maintenance, and outdoor work on projects across Arlington and surrounding areas.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, OSHA 10-hour certification, and be willing to learn safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, or Rigging certifications.
• Experience working at heights up to 200 ft preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structures and vegetation, including painting and trimming.
• Pre/post trip vehicle and equipment documentation.
• Ensure shop and yard are organized and vinyl stored for recycling.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance like replacing bulbs and fuses.
• Attend safety meetings and follow regulations.
• Capture completion photos for proof of performance.
