Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Williamsport, PA is hiring an Installer to join the Operations team. This entry-level, full-time role installs and maintains billboards, offing safe operation and attention to detail while working outdoors at various sites in Williamsport and surrounding areas.

You will climb, assemble vinyl ads, tighten bolts, paint steel structures, and perform basic electrical repairs as needed. Training is provided; CDL not required but preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls on billboards and prepare for installation.
• Build and install extensions on billboards and perform basic maintenance.
• Use power/manual tools following safety regulations.
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings as required.
• Document installations with photos and written logs.
