Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Duluth, MN is seeking a full-time Operations crew member to build, erect, and maintain billboard structures across Duluth and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include outdoor maintenance, structure and vegetation care, and safety-compliant operations. High school diploma and valid driver's license required; OSHA 10-hour course preferred; CDL/Crane certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lamar, DOT, OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to safely operate construction and vegetation equipment.
• Experience with electrical procedures and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structure and vegetation upkeep, paint and repair walkways.
• Perform pre/post trip responsibilities and document maintenance.
