Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Girard, OH is hiring for an on-site Operations crew member in a full-time role. The position focuses on installing and maintaining billboards, including equipment upkeep and safety-compliant construction tasks.

Responsibilities include assembling and repairing billboard components, climbing structures, and documenting work with photos and logs. OSHA 10-hour Construction certification and a valid driver’s license are required or pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD certifications preferred depending on location.
• Experience at heights up to 200 ft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and related signage.
• Remove and hang flexes, vinyl, and install copy on signs.
• Maintain structures, tighten bolts, paint, and repair components.
• Conduct safety-focused tasks and attend safety meetings.
• Record installations with photos and written logs.
