Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Duluth, Minnesota is hiring a full-time Operations crew member to build and maintain outdoor billboard inventory, including vegetation and structure upkeep, at heights up to 200 ft.

Responsibilities include erecting and dismantling structures, safety compliance, and documenting work. The position offers an hourly range of $23.75–$30.56, PTO, holidays, benefits, and a chance to advance within a safety‑driven, employee‑friendly team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred certifications: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, or Rigging.
• Experience at heights up to 200 ft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structures and vegetation, including painting and trim.
• Prepare and document trip and vehicle maintenance.
• Keep shop and materials yard organized and recycle old vinyl.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance such as replacing bulbs and fuses.
• Attend safety meetings and follow regulations.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
