Lamar Outdoor Casper in Casper, Wyoming seeks a full-time Operations crew member to erect and maintain billboard structures outdoors, supporting campaigns in Casper and surrounding areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, OSHA 10-hour Construction training, and willingness to learn welding and electrical tasks. A safety-focused, team-driven environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, or Rigging certifications.
• Experience working at heights up to 200 ft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structure and vegetation; paint, repair walkways, trim trees, cut grass.
• Pre/post trip preparations; fold and load billboard vinyl, document maintenance.
• Keep shop and materials yard clean; store old vinyl for recycling.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance like replacing bulbs and fuses.
