Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Columbus, Ohio, is hiring an Operations crew member for a full-time, on-site role. You will install and maintain billboards, manage schedules, and work independently while adhering to safety standards. Training and equipment are provided for a strong start in this dynamic environment.

The role requires OSHA 10, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors at heights. A CDL/Non-CDL or equivalent certification may be needed based on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction certification required.
• One additional location-specific certification: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.
• 5 years of Operations experience in outdoor advertising or safety-related position required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all billboards.
• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls, cut and prepare materials for installation.
• Maintain structures and billboard cosmetics; perform repairs.
• Use power and hand tools safely; follow safety regulations.
• Document installations with photographs and written logs.
