Job summary

Columbus Fair Auto Auction is hiring a Fleet Lease Outside Coordinator to support field-based vehicle logistics and sale-day operations. You will coordinate, prepare, and execute fleet vehicles through the auction process while ensuring accurate data, sale readiness, and clear customer communication.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle files, coordinating with the title department, and providing timely updates to internal teams and customers in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auction operations, fleet services, transportation, logistics or related field.
• Experience with vehicle inventory and outdoor environments preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor settings and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute fleet lease sale-day activities.
• Enter and maintain vehicle data and pricing in databases.
• Manage vehicle files, eligibility, and sale documentation.
• Coordinate with title department for required documents.
• Review reports to ensure sale readiness and identify discrepancies.
• Inform customers of sale processes and timelines.
• Follow up on vehicle prep, billing reconciliation, and missing info.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and teams.
• Maintain records in line with company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
