Job summary

America's Auto Auction (Columbus Fair) is seeking a Fleet Lease Outside Coordinator. This field-based role coordinates fleet lease activities, ensures vehicle readiness for sale, maintains documentation, and communicates with customers and internal teams to support outdoor auction operations.

Responsibilities include updating auction systems, coordinating with the title department, and ensuring accurate records while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auction operations, fleet services, transportation, logistics, or related field.
• Experience with vehicle inventory in outdoor environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and execution of fleet lease sale-day activities.
• Input, update, and maintain vehicle and pricing information in auction systems and databases.
• Establish and maintain vehicle files, including eligibility and sale documents.
• Coordinate with title department to secure titles and documents prior to auction.
• Review inventory and vehicle reports to identify discrepancies and verify readiness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to prepare vehicles and inform customers of processes and timelines.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation, billing reconciliation, and missing information.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and teams about status and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
