Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Plant Groundsman to join our North Shore Asphalt team. You will assist with maintenance, greasing, and basic upkeep of equipment while supporting asphalt operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in road or construction, ability to read simple directions and perform basic math, and physical ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the road or construction field.
• Must be able to read and understand simple directions as well as perform simple mathematical equations.
• Basic maintenance of maintaining & repairing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and greasing of equipment.
• Shovel, sweep, and rake asphalt.
• Operate telehandler and power broom.
