Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Groundsman for our Baton Rouge asphalt team. The role involves basic maintenance, equipment greasing, and shoveling/sweeping asphalt to support daily paving operations.

Candidates should have 1+ year in road/construction, be able to read simple directions, perform basic math, and work outdoors in heat or cold while lifting up to 50 lbs. Safety rules apply on site.

• Able to read and understand simple directions and perform basic math.
• Must work outdoors in extreme conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
