Job summary

Summit Locations is expanding and seeks dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to develop existing and new sales territories across Texas and neighboring states. The role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and securing lease agreements with property owners for billboard installations, requiring a hunter mindset and independent field work.

Ideal candidates have a background in contract negotiation and relationship management, with the ability to travel regionally up to 50% and manage multiple

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outside sales or related field as listed.
• Proven track record in negotiations and deal closures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Experience with GIS or CRM is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to property owners to present lease opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements.
• Draft and review lease documents for accuracy.
• Liaise between the company and property owners during leasing.
• Maintain records of all leases and renewals.
• Coordinate with legal, permitting, construction, and sales teams.
• Support permitting and zoning applications as needed.
