Summit Locations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop sales territories and secure lease agreements for billboard installations. You will identify prospects, negotiate terms, and manage relationships with property owners in a fast-paced, field-based role.

A hunter mindset, 1–3 years in outside sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel regionally (up to 50%) are essential. Proficiency with MS Office, GIS, and CRM is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales/lease negotiations and closures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organization.

Responsabilités

• Initiate contact with property owners and landlords to present lease opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms and rates aligned with company objectives.
• Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements and related documents.
• Act as primary liaison between the company and property owners throughout leasing lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements, renewals, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with legal, permitting, construction, and sales teams to ensure smooth transition from site acquisition to installation.
• Support permitting and zoning applications by attending public hearings.
