Job summary

Adams Outdoor Advertising is seeking an Account Representative to sell outdoor advertising concepts to current and prospective clients in the Norfolk market. The role focuses on small accounts generating $10,000 or less annually, with responsibilities including contracts, renewals, and revenue growth.

You will manage a client roster, upsell opportunities, and coordinate with sales management to maximize revenue while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years direct media or relevant sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Sell outdoor advertising concepts to current and prospective clients.
• Upsell and develop campaigns for small accounts.
• Prepare and submit advertising contracts and schedules.
• Manage contracts, PA’s and renewals for assigned accounts.
• Identify client needs and propose advertising solutions.
• Generate revenue opportunities through calls and meetings.
• Maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales management on revenue opportunities.
• Handle call-ins and determine potential opportunities.
• Produce reports and complete sales-related paperwork.
