Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking an Outdoor Activities Supervisor to organize, plan, and oversee all outdoor activities, reporting to the Director of Recreation. You will ensure guests have access to engaging programs and a high level of service across resort amenities.

The role requires leading the activities team, developing SOPs, scheduling staff for events, and maintaining safety and quality standards in all outdoor offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have CPR, AED and Basic First Aid certification or willing to obtain.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and occasional evenings.
• Must be willing and able to work in unfavorable weather.

Responsibilities

• Know and share information about the resort and activities, communicating daily events and hours to guests and employee partners.
• Work with Director of Recreation to ensure excellence in service and drive revenue for all activities on property.
• Direct and lead Outdoor activities staff to ensure the vision is understood and executed.
• Create and update SOPs for all activities.
• Supervise Outdoor Activities and equipment involved.
• Assist with scheduling staff for Team Building and group events; schedule Outdoor Activities staff.
