Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establishing baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and a learning window.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test key assumptions and guide investments.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and advise on continuation, pivot, or scale.
• Prepare service owners to sustain adoption, controls, funding, and benefits after transfer.
