Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7–9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation.
• Experience owning a product from discovery through adoption and measurable impact.
• Ability to use research, data and experiments to guide decisions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.

• Own the product vision, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, set success measures and learning windows.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test key assumptions.
• Align partners across disciplines and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Collaborate with Product Insights to measure outcomes and advise on scaling or pivoting.
