EY seeks an Outcome/Product Lead to own ventures from discovery through lasting business value. You will unite users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists around a clear outcome and measure impact beyond features.

As part of Challenger, you’ll lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid US role, balancing innovation and business transformation with scalable value realization. Travel up to 50% and office presence are required to enable delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7–9 years in product management, service innovation, or transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery to adoption.
• Experience using research, data, and experiments to guide decisions and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, outcomes hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and learning windows.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test key assumptions and inform investment decisions.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Collaborate with Product Insights to measure outcomes and decide whether to continue, pivot, or scale.
• Prepare operating owners to sustain delivery, manage risk, and track benefits after transfer.
