EY is seeking an Outcome/Product Lead to own ventures from discovery through adoption, coordinating users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists to drive meaningful business value.

The role sits at the intersection of innovation, product management, and business transformation. Travel up to 50% and a hybrid office model are expected, with a focus on delivering outcomes over output.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7–9 years in product management or transformation.
• Ownership of a product or transformation from discovery to adoption.
• Experience using research, data, and experiments to inform decisions.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Define outcome measures, baselines, and safeguards against unintended impacts.
• Travel up to 50% with hybrid office capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establishing baselines and success metrics.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test key assumptions.
• Align partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and decide on scaling or pivoting.
• Prepare owners to sustain adoption, funding, and benefits after transfer.
