Job summary

EY is seeking an Outcome / Product Lead to own ventures from discovery through sustained value, coordinating users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists to achieve meaningful business outcomes. The role sits within Challenger Core, a program focused on AI-enabled services.

The candidate will drive problem framing, research, experiments, and investment decisions, while ensuring adoption and benefits realization across hybrid, travel-heavy engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 9–12+ years of product, transformation, or similar experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, and roadmap from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines and success measures.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test key assumptions.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and escalate decisions when needed.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and recommend pivots.
• Prepare business owners to sustain adoption, funding, and benefits after transfer.
