EY is seeking an Outcome/Product Lead to own ventures from discovery to measurable value across a global, AI-enabled business transformation program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption and measurable improvement.
• Evidence of using research, data, and experiments to change direction and prioritize value.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority over every contributor.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards against unintended impacts.
• Experience preparing operating owners to sustain delivery, manage risk, and track benefits.
• Travel and On-site requirements: up to 50% travel and hybrid office visits.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and a clear window for learning.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test important assumptions and inform investment decisions.
• Align multidisciplinary partners, respect specialist approval rights, and escalate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes, surface unintended effects, and decide whether to continue, pivot, stop, or scale.
• Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption, support, controls, funding, and benefits after transfer.
