QVC, Inc. in Piney Flats, TN is seeking a Wave Planning Assistant to support HSN and coordinate outbound order waves to keep fulfillment operations running smoothly. This onsite role reports to the Outbound Area Manager and follows a Sunday–Tuesday shift from 12:30am to 1:00pm.

Responsibilities include releasing and managing waves, monitoring progress, adjusting parameters for efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate order processing.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and basic computer applications (spreadsheets – can perform complex functions; maintain complex spreadsheets), reporting tools.
• Problem‑solving skills, in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Release and manage outbound order waves to support daily production goals across picking, staging, automation, and packing areas.
• Monitor wave progress and communicate status updates, aged tasks, and priorities to operational teams.
• Adjust wave parameters based on labor availability, inventory, and needs to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate or resolve problems to keep orders moving.
• Support cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
