Job summary

QVC Group in Piney Flats, TN is seeking a Fulfillment Center Team Lead to coordinate daily workload, monitor inventory quality, and assist the Area Manager with assignments. You will help improve accuracy, workflow efficiency, and team performance in a positive, collaborative environment.

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM. You will report to the Inventory Management Area Manager and be onsite at the Piney Flats Fulfillment Center.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse or operations.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience and inventory/quality exposure.
• Problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily workload planning and delegate team assignments.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Complete daily reporting and share inventory updates with leadership.
• Manage emails and communications on inventory quality and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager and other Team Leads to maintain workflow.
• Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
