QVC Group seeks a Fulfillment Center Team Lead at Piney Flats, TN to coordinate daily workload, monitor inventory quality, and support the Area Manager. This on-site role reports to the Inventory Management Area Manager and drives team performance in a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM schedule.

You will lead a team, analyze issues, complete daily reports, and help improve accuracy and workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• 1–2 years inventory control or quality experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan daily workload and delegate team assignments.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Complete daily reporting and communicate updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and other Team Leads to maintain workflow.
